This week we have fallen in love with Lady Kitty Spencer’s wedding dress. The 29-year-old got married to her now-husband Michael Lewis in Rome, Italy.

The high society model confirmed that Dolce & Gabbana was the only apparent option to design and create her wedding dresses; yes, you hear it right, Lady Kitty had commissioned a total of 5 dresses for her wedding extravaganza!

But today, we are talking about the ceremony dress, a beautiful collaboration between Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda division, the Italian’s answer to Haute Couture, and Lady Kitty herself.

The gown took six months to create. And features a stunning high neck, long puffy sleeves, and button-down the front of the dress. That echoes of the dress worn by her mother, Victoria Aitken (née Lockwood), when she married Lady Kitty’s father, Earl Spencer, in 1989.
